This place is impeccable, quite tidy with extremely welcoming staff from the moment you arrive until you leave.

The staff at Homewood Suites were efficient and affable. The shuttle service to and from the mall was convenient with pleasant drivers. Our room was spacious and comfortable, especially the sleeper sofa.

The hotel served as a great starting point for exploring Bloomington. The staff were extremely friendly, starting from early check-in until check-out. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from Nickelodeon Universe Amusement Park.

The hotel is in a central location very close to the airport. It's so close to the indoor amusement park and Mall of America. Multiple restaurants and a grocery store are nearby.

The hotel was great and lovely. Had a stunning location convenient to the tram that will take you downtown. The breakfast with yogurt and also different hot meals was savory. The room turned out to be updated and absolutely perfect with a sleeper sofa and a makeup mirror, for example.

The hotel is quiet. The employees are superbly friendly from early check-in to check-out. The rooms are exceptionally clean and updated. The bed is exceptionally comfortable for a great night's sleep. The free hot breakfast was truly enjoyable. The place is reasonably priced.

The stay here was even better than I expected. It was a really nice place for a holiday getaway. everything was wonderful, just a small downside was that a couple of the staff members seemed a bit snobbish. 😕

The location of this place was great for exploring Crayola Experience and it was only an 8-minute drive from the airport.

The staff were extremely accommodating, and the public parking was available. The location was magnificent to the tram that will take you downtown. A cool bonus was nearby Great American Cookies, that offered tea and coffee.

The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal for anyone visiting the Mall of America. It is very close to the mall and offers easy access to transportation. According to one review, there is a walking bridge just 100 yards away from the hotel, making it convenient for guests to reach the mall. Another review mentions that the hotel is in a great location with easy access to the Twin Cities, allowing guests to explore the surrounding areas effortlessly.

There were some maintenance issues reported in one of the reviews. The bathroom faucet sprayed, the drains were slow, and the bedroom door and bathroom door squeaked.

The location was ideal across the street from the Mall of America. The staff was very kind, helpful, and courteous.

The first room that we were given (307) had as hole in an interior door - between the living area and the bedroom. The second room (407) the key did not work but the third time was the charm. That room (419) was very nice.
